Review on 🌬️ O2 Cool Fan: Versatile 8 inch Portable Fan with AC Adapter - Battery or Electric Operated for Indoor and Outdoor Use, 90 Degree Tilt Feature by Monica Johnston

Looking for a quiet fan to circulate the air in my home office. I have another O2Cool fan that runs on batteries only and the hinge is a bit loose (can't tighten it) so sometimes it falls off. Otherwise I liked this fan so had high hopes for these given its similar (slightly larger) size, 3 speeds and AC power. I really wanted to like this fan. Unfortunately: 1) This fan is significantly noisier than the previous O2Cool fan - in my opinion this fan really needs to run at a much lower speed to keep the noise down when less airflow is needed. 2) He often changes speed, which changes the volume and tempo, which is very distracting. I have checked that the power plug and connected power supply are properly installed. I've also tried this across the width in 3 different outlets in my house, same result. Lights and other fans plugged into the same outlets won't dim or change speed, so the issue isn't related to voltage fluctuations. This fan is not suitable for my purposes and is NOT recommended.
