I run a low power public radio station. My expensive headphone/microphone set broke (plastic, non-functional) and I was tired of putting new tape on it (it broke again in a very uncomfortable place where the stress of putting it on would eventually require it attach with tape). ). So I took the risk and ordered them. To my pleasant surprise they are not bad at all for the money. They're not high quality, but as the title suggests, they do the job. Monitoring audio isn't bad for Skype or radio, and the mic sounds good in the air. I certainly wouldn't use them for recording, but if you're just looking for a good deal on a decent set of headphones with a mic these are aces. Definitely four stars for the price.
