Seamless, doesnt pancake your butt flat and you can comfortably breathe in it. It does not roll down. I'm 5'7 and about 240 lbs. I got an XL. It also doesnt leave a back roll fat layer on you either. The plastic strips to keep it up are visually seamless on shirts and dresses.Does show up on your pants near your thighs depending on your thickness.I will never buy a demon spanx EVER AGAIN.

- I like the material and it's thickness but the xs was too small. I would order a size up.
