Comfortable cooling neck pad with firm support
It's a lot bigger and thicker than my old one but I knew that before ordering and I can get used to it. Since it's memory foam, it wraps around my neck. My regular pillows are also memory foam, so I know what to expect. I usually start sleeping on my side. i like support Last night I lay on my side on the bed and watched TV. For that it worked great. I didn't have to support my head with my hands. Prevents them from going numb when aggravated by the tunnel carpel. Memory foam is typically hot, so I like the cooling material the case is made of. Haven't tried it for the lumbar support yet, but I assume it works too.
