Review on Quezqa 3-in-1 Fast Wireless Charger: 15W Qi Charging Dock for Airpods 2/Pro, Apple Watch SE/6/5/4/3/2, iPhone 12 Pro Max/11 Pro/Xs/X/Xr/8 (with QC Adapter) by Elizabeth Gagnon

Update 7/22/21: I've decided to downgrade my rating from 3 stars to 1 due to recent charging issues and my poor customer service experience with Quezqa. After a few more weeks, the phone holder wouldn't charge any of the devices my wife and I put on. They all showed charge status, but our batteries continued to drain. The product box contains a warranty card with no instructions on how to initiate a warranty exchange and no Quezqa contact information. No contact phone number, no customer service email address. Nothing! However, Quezqa does have a Facebook page so I decided to let them know about the product exchange and made sure to detail the issues I was having with my charger. After going several days with no response, I went back to message them a second time and noticed that my original message had a read receipt. They just didn't answer. I sent a follow up message and experienced the same thing. Don't they understand what we can see when they read our messages?! Ignoring it once was uncomfortable, but ignoring it a second time fixed the problem. I will be returning this and advise other buyers to stay away from Quezqa and their faulty products. Overall, I like this wireless charging stand. The organizational factor is really something, and I'm so glad I no longer have to use separate wireless panels for my phones, headphones, and Apple Watch. I was particularly impressed with the build quality and how beautiful the fabric backing looks on it. Although I would like the stuff to have no stigma, but that's just bean counting. What isn't a nitpick is the lack of true fast charge capabilities on this charger. Very disappointing as this was a major factor in my decision to purchase this over other wireless chargers. Neither my Samsung Galaxy S20 nor my wife's new iPhone charge wirelessly on a phone stand. I noticed this almost immediately with my first charger so I traded it in for a new one through Revain and I'm still having the same issue. I would have a hard time believing that both devices have defective phone stands. I even replaced the original 18W QC 3.0 adapter that came with it with my own 25W USB-C charger with no performance boost. I have attached 2 screenshots from my Galaxy S20 for reference. One used the Quezqa charging station and the other my Yootech 15W wireless charging station (both connected to a QC 3.0 adapter). Yootech gave me almost the full advertised 15W charging speed, while Quezqa delivered LESS than half (about 6.5W continuous) the charging power. However, the ear pads and watch charger worked fine on both chargers. As much as I love the look of this Quezqa charging stand, I'll probably get a refund on my purchase just because the wireless speed isn't as advertised. Very disappointing :(
