Just received this table and so far so good. This is exactly what I was looking for. It is 28.5 inches wide and 29.5 inches high. It's small but big enough for two adults sitting opposite each other or four small children. Assembly couldn't be easier. It took 1 minute. I will say one thing that might bother some people is that the center bar is not attached to the base or tabletop. It simply plugs into the base and the plate attached to the underside of the tabletop plugs into the other end. Haven't had a chance to use it yet so can't speak to the material of the upper or how well it will hold up over time, but for the price I'm not sure I care.
