Update: In my original review below, I noted that I received two faulty units. UPERFECT's support team is amazing! They contacted me and upgraded me to a nicer model to fix everything. I will write a review when I get a chance and post a link in this review. As for this model, I liked it a lot, apart from the defect problems I had. However, I believe that you can buy this device with confidence because if you have any problems, UPERFECT will support your product! ----------- --------------- I wanted a portable monitor for a long trip that required a lot of remote work and this seemed like the best option for me. Unfortunately, I received two defective devices. Both were purchased in July 2021. The first device had something wrong with the ability to save user settings. The user interface also stopped working at some point and was replaced by a low-level service menu. The second block was very different! The first device had one USB-C input for power and the other for video. On the second device, both USB-C inputs had a dual function. Also, the entrances were from different sides! The first block had entrances on the left and the second block had entrances on the right, which I liked better. The first device arrived in a separate box, while the second device had no separate box and shipping label. applied directly to the monitor box. The monitor box was a little damaged and I'm sorry Revain didn't put the second monitor in its own box. The second device had a defective backlight and the bottom center part flickered occasionally. Maybe the problem was bad packaging. I sent it back and haven't ordered a replacement yet. (Please note I've upgraded to 5 stars due to the great support!) I'm giving the monitor 2 stars because I liked it, but UPERFECT seems to have some quality control. Questions.
