After years of constant frustration with inkjet printers and ink cartridges, I decided to spend the extra money and switch to a color laser printer. The high cost of toner cartridges was the main reason I hadn't done this before. Before buying a printer and a set of replacement cartridges, I did a lot of research. I am beyond impressed with the quality of the Cool Toner cartridges and while I haven't replaced all the colors at the moment, the ones I have work just as well and at a significantly lower price than the originals. The color is clear and clean and the cartridges are easy to install. The transfer of the chip is easy and the instructions for it are simple. When choosing replacement cartridges, the amount of positive feedback I found for these cartridges was impressive. Very few issues were encountered and it was clear that the company stands behind their product and responds to customer queries in a timely manner to resolve them. It was great to finally have replacement cartridges that work as promised and I'm sure the seller is running a quality business. I would highly recommend these cartridges and this supplier.
