Decent sound horrible battery

I bought this product expecting it to work, after about a week of use the battery very easily stopped holding a charge to the point where I stopped using it Either charging in the sun or with a crank can work for hours and lose charge after about 30 minutes of use. Today I had about 7 hours of direct sunlight on his solar charge, I turned him on, put him in the shade and after half an hour of listening to the radio he died completely. If you turn the knob a few dozen times, the flashlight's battery lasts for about 5 minutes of use, or the same time on the radio. I tried charging my phone from the USB port after letting it boot up for about 30 minutes but my phone wasn't charging at all. Sound quality with the radio on is good, radio stations are difficult to pick up and the dial is not entirely accurate. I could turn it to a radio station and would have to move it slightly to the right for it to pick up the station I want, for example if I'm listening to a radio station on 103 I would have to move it closer to 108 to catch that 103 radio station. Also, you can't turn it on for the radio while it's charging in the sun.
