In my original review I noted my disappointment that 2 zippers broke after a few months of use leaving 2 out of 3 pockets loose and therefore unusable. I reported this through the Facebook JogTog website and received an immediate response along with an unsolicited offer to replace my JogTog for free. Not only did they quickly replace it, they also included a free JogTog (last year's model). They are outstanding customer service and a model company behind their products. Thank you! And most importantly, I can enjoy my JogTog again!
