I have had many e-collars over the years but this one is a lot better. The remote control and receiver came fully charged. Love the fact that it comes with 2 collars (only one receiver though). I use a nylon collar for my hefty 8 month old Peebles but will definitely be buying an extra glow in the dark receiver for evening outings. I would like to add that the remote control is very easy to use and handle. What I really like is the carrying strap that comes with it. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who needs a tool to train their own strong dog. WARNING: Please do your due diligence. It works wonders for those who know. This is NOT plug and play. A person can do more harm than good if not used properly!
