I think go one size bigger.
They are a bit tight and size 4 is actually too big for my son. So I bought them a size 4, they were very comfortable. I wish I was the size. other than being cute
Pros
- The perfect shoe for our cheerleading daughters. Very easy to put on and take off and didn't cause any discomfort either.
Cons
- Shoes can tend to slip off the foot if they are not worn tightly enough.
