Worth the Price: Clothes

It was a bit difficult shelling out that kind of money for a pair of socks, but I was desperate. I work 8-10 hours a day on concrete and my feet always hurt, even in very soft boots. I also wore boot socks for many years when I was in the Navy and wish I had had them then. During a business trip, I didn't have a chance to change my socks for days, and athlete's foot has always been a problem for me. I bet it would have made my life a lot better back then. They breathe well and dry after a long work. I don't really notice the softness of socks by looking at them, but after wearing them daily for a week my feet feel a lot better. I washed them twice, once by accident because my fiancee didn't know you can't collect and wash them. She didn't flip them during this wash and some large pills formed, but for the most part they still seem tight and intact. I'm not sure if I should try to cure this peeling by taking a razor and smoothing it out or not. Still, it was my fault. Too bad that a service booklet was included. Like the weather or not, I should try to remove things stuck in the fibers with tweezers or not. Or try to control the formation of pellets. I'll buy a few more if I have one too, and guard it better if needed. The best socks I've ever worn.
