I'm having trouble with the disc pen tip instructions - I removed the disc thinking it was for shipping purposes only. The pen tip (no disc) did not work at all. I was resigned to just using the mesh tip until I received a message from TechMatte asking if I was happy with my purchase. The message also included a note that a plastic disc was required. So I emailed them and said I removed the drive because the instructions were unclear. Emily from TechMatte apologized for the misunderstanding and sent me 5 replacement tips for free! That's great customer service! I gave them 4 stars - correct the instructions or send a thank you email with a note and a link to the video before receiving the pen to get 5 stars. And thank you Emily!
