I do a lot of my shopping online, so I was very interested in trying out TEKAMON's online store and seeing how their purportedly "excellent" customer service worked in practice. But after making a recent purchase from their store, I can't help but experience a tremendous amount of disappointment and frustration. To begin, the company did not provide any notification or explanation for the delay in the delivery of my purchase, which occurred over a period of several days. When I tried to get in touch with their customer support team, I was given responses that were unhelpful and dismissive, and they did not address the problems that I was having. To make a bad situation even worse, when I did eventually get my order, I discovered that it was different from what was advertised on the website. The product's quality was subpar, and it did not live up to my expectations in any way. When I attempted to get a refund for the item, I was informed that I would not only be responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping, but also that I would only be refunded a fraction of the original purchase price. The claim made by TEKAMON that it is committed to guaranteeing the satisfaction of its customers is nothing more than deceptive advertising. Their customer support staff is unhelpful and condescending, and the products they sell do not live up to their advertising. If I could give anyone shopping advice, it would be to avoid this particular establishment at all costs so they don't have to deal with the aggravation and letdown that I did.
