To wear hot but helps with neck pain.

This works well for me as it helps me maintain correct posture while working at my desk. Not only will I use it in my office but also when I go for walks to keep my neck and back straight. While this doesn't immediately relieve the pain in my neck, I do feel some relief in my neck from the hunched position I often find myself in. The problem I have with this bandage is that it heats me up a lot and makes me sweat more during my workout. It also rides up when I wear it due to my large round stomach.
