The size chart said to order XL if you are over 5ft 10", which I did. He was too big. I recommend ignoring this part of the size chart. That being said, the customer support was very responsive. offered to send me a large one for free update: sent free replacement upgrade to four stars.

All right. Not bulky which is nice. The straps are quite comfortable, they don't tear like some do. But beware of reviews. Upon receipt of the goods there is a voucher for a free product or vouchers for good reviews + photos. I found it strange how many reviews and photos there were for this product. I really wish they would do away with these paid reviews. Everything is getting so watered down in this market right now.

Have been using this posture corrector for about a week. I expected it would be uncomfortable, too rigid. But that's not the case. I also found it helpful during training! I've taken it to the gym a few times and love how it keeps my back straight when deadlifting. I'm not a coach, so I can't suggest you do the same, but I do. like to go to training. If you need extra support or just want to improve your posture to look more confident, this is a good back brace.

I have bad posture. How very poor. So I got that and combined with daily stretching, I've noticed tremendous improvement. My back muscles ache when they get back to where they should be. I get pretty hot wearing it. Judging by the packaging, wearing something underneath is highly recommended. But the mount is relatively comfortable. The material is easy to clean. The extra lumbar support is great. I can't imagine wearing one of these without full back support. Excellent price.

This works well for me as it helps me maintain correct posture while working at my desk. Not only will I use it in my office but also when I go for walks to keep my neck and back straight.
