First of all, the instructions are not the best - they are quite sufficient. Next it is suggested that there should be 4 hex screw holes for the back of the bin door so you can attach it to the triangular brackets. I had drilled 1 hole for the screw and the other 3 that are needed are just tiny little holes for the pins! Now I need to buy a drill so I can drill holes! Finally in the box - the instructions don't show how the two metal "tracks" should or shouldn't even come apart! I had to find a YouTube video where someone was kind enough to show how to do it. But then you're at the mercy of whoever drilled the hooks for it - mine is far away, the box is crooked and you have to hit it to close it, so it's useless! If it weren't so much of a hassle taking everything apart and figuring out how to pack it back up, I would be sending it back! Stuck on expensive firewood now!
