This product is very misleading in its advertising. From the photos it looks like one of the settings is purple, well it's not purple it's a bright blue with hints of red light. In fact, there is no violet tone. and the blue isn't as comforting as it sounds, it's a very, very light blue that won't help you get to sleep let alone comfort your baby. The remote stopped working after 2 uses (yes I checked the batteries, not the batteries). problem) the sounds are not as "white noise" as you might expect. These are very short loops, and you can tell by the fact that they break up rather than provide a smooth transition. Recommendation not to buy if you want to soothe a baby or child with it.
