My son has autism and ADHD. He is constantly on a sensory quest. He chews on everything he can get his hands on, INCLUDING his hands. I bought these necklaces in desperation after he chewed on the blinds on his bedroom window and so far I'm very happy with them. He chewed his first in less than a week. So far he's had a second one in 2 days and hasn't taken out a single piece yet. When he's not sleeping or eating, he chews on his necklace. I will buy them again when he finishes the third necklace in the pack but wish they were a little more durable. UPDATE: Unfortunately, we will no longer be buying them. My son started EATING the necklace. I still think it's a decent product, just definitely not for us.
