I ordered a backpack in dark green. Arrived quickly. Beautiful appearance, excellent color and as in the photo in the listing. Lightweight, comfortable to wear and in light rain my stuff stayed dry inside. Unfortunately after about a week of moderate use (nothing heavy or sharp) the strap broke while I was crossing the street. It was clear that the stitching had separated where the plastic clasp attached. See photo. I wrote to the seller and he immediately offered to replace the item for free. They replied very quickly and are very kind. I was very happy to get a replacement today. But I was sad when it quickly became apparent that this bag, too, was poorly made and destined to fall apart quickly. The strap is poorly attached to the bag and the strap around the clasps has the same loose stitching as the first bag I received. which can last over a week with moderate use.
