Body components cannot be disassembled

I returned the product. The video shows the case components being separated by simply opening them from the lower right corner. I couldn't separate them. I've tried all angles. Nothing worked. I couldn't put the iPhone in the case, and I thought even if I put the iPhone in the case, it would be difficult for me to get the iPhone out of the case.
