Soft and comfortable but not enough head support.
I like the material and the cool side of the pillow. The problem I had was that it wasn't big enough. In my opinion a pillow should be designed to support the head as much as possible to avoid neck stiffness. Although the pillow was comfortable, it wasn't big enough so my head was thrown back severely. There was no headrest. Damn.
