I am new to embroidery so I was happy and surprised when I came across Aunt Martha's Iron-on Transfers. The instructions are very simple and work very well if you follow them. In addition, the chart includes instructions for basic stitches that can be used for all transfers and a DMC color guide for choosing the right thread color for embroidery. Until I found Aunt Martha's translations, I was convinced that embroidery was a forgotten art. As long as these patterns exist, there is definitely going to be a "stitcher revolution”.
