These biscuit molds are of high quality. We have used them several times and found them better than expected. These panels allow for less hassle as a batch can be dumped with fewer entries and exits from the furnace. We like that they are not isolated. This is a great flat baking sheet. If we were to design these we would consider removing the slight crease on one end and we also offer a set made from the same material but will adjust the size to reduce the footprint as sometimes a smaller sheet will do as well is useful. When used with parchment this is an ideal easy clean up. Made in Canada (good border neighbor😃)
