omg i love my backpack so much. Good material and quality. I always carry my laptop with me, so my 15.5 inch laptop is perfect for it. I can conveniently store the power cord, iPad, Kindle, mouse and other charging cables without scratching my devices. It sits and does not dangle. The zippers seem to be of good quality and the backpack straps sit comfortably on the shoulders. They do not rub or cut into the skin. There is also additional padding on the back. The only thing I wish was more padding around the frame of the pack. If you drop this backpack, don't expect it to absorb the effects of the fall. Otherwise, I'm thrilled and can only recommend this backpack!
