This product is a little difficult to clean because the pieces are flexible. I did enjoye using this for the three months that I had it before it started leaking all over me during a run. I contacted the seller recently, they have yet to respond to me. Pass the point where I can return it to revain whoever the product does say it has an 18 month warranty with the seller so I’ll give them an opportunity to correct the situation.

Terrible straw. You need to slightly bite or squeeze the tip to release water and when it does release its full of air so you’re swallowing a lot of air which is extremely uncomfortable while running. Also, the straw is too short for a vest. Edit: Ive used these for a few weeks now and have gotten used to them, while they're not perfect, they're fine.

I switched to soft flasks and ditched my hard plastic water bottles. These straws make it so much easier to drink and you don't have to take them out of your pack. Pull up to drink, push down to close. Easy! And they don't leak. I'm using the Camelbak Octane 9 and 18 and the 500ml flasks fit great in both. Buy them! You'll never turn back to your bottles again.

Better price than similar items on the market. Poor design as the flask can’t be filled unless it’s already in the holder. This limits the volume you can fill. It’s also not going to hold the advertised 500mL. I’m not sure the flask is even that size to begin with, maybe closer to 12 Fl oz based on comparison to other flasks.

Product is ok. It had a funny taste in one of the bottles. Maybe after the second use it will be better. Holds water and no leaking on first run and that is good. Hard to drink from, you really need to bite down on it. This will become a bigger problem on hotter days. I have owned Salomon bottles like this for years and bought these as replacements. They work the same way with a bite valve and seem very durable. I recently bought a Salomon ADV Skin 12 and wanted a couple of spare flasks that I could swap out as needed for longer runs. I used the set this weekend and these did the trick as spares and there were no issues. There was no plastic taste or anything after their initial cleaning because I use lemon juice; this is something I've done on every water bladder/flask/bottle that I've ever owned prior to first use and it's never failed to ensure there's no taste to the water.
