I bought these to replace two that I bought about three years ago. I read a few reviews that said the taste of plastic or chemicals was awful but my experience from my original purchase did not include a very bad taste. The two triwonder soft water bottle this time arrived with a small packet in each that appeared to smell like a tea bag probably to cover up the bad chemical smell. It didn’t work. Took one on a recent trail run and the taste of the water was putrid and I could not drink it. I tried to rinse them many times and they still taste awful so they are now in the garbage. Waste of time and money.
