I bought Mold Armor when I bought a new $400 washing machine. I chose Mold Armor because it was said to be safe to use - non-corrosive to pressure washers. I used the pressure washer with Mold Armor for 1 day and then put my washing machine into storage. A few weeks later, I noticed white deposits on the floor under my washing machine and discovered that the mold deposits in the detergent dispenser had caused severe corrosion on my washing machine's pressure plate. The corrosion has eaten so deep into the metal of the plate that a very powerful jet is coming out from under the car, causing the car to leak. The repair cost me €200. I contacted the Mold Armor manufacturers because their bottle says they guarantee their product and I reported corrosion. They have referred me to a law firm that handles all of their product damage claims and this law firm has been dragging this out for 5 months and is now not responding to calls or emails asking about the payment status of my warranty claim. This product is NOT SAFE for high pressure washing machines! The claims on the bottle that it is safe and offers warranty coverage are completely false. I'm surprised that responsible retailers are still selling this product, especially hardware stores that sell high end washing machines that are at risk when using Mold Armor.
