My sons love this!
We started potty training at around 20 months and when I bought my son underwear many of the smallest sizes were still too big for him.
They fit him perfectly and he loves Bluey! Win, win.
- It is of good quality and the design is nice. They fit as expected.
- Both packages say 4t but 3 panties of 2-3t each.
