Installation wasn't as easy as the instructions make it seem but generally not too bad, quality seemed a little lackluster but that's to be expected for such a price. The main problem I had as you can see from the photo is that even after following the instructions exactly, during installation I checked that there was no sag on either side and the awning was slightly tilted to accommodate the to drain rain, the awning still had enough sag. Gather water toward the center. Enough water has accumulated to eventually bend the spring cylinder and tear the support arms from the buckles holding them to the RV. I can't find a way to contact the seller or request a refund through Revain so I think it's best to warn everyone else. You get what you pay for.
