I bought and returned three other bags before settling on this one. Other bags didn't fit my 17" laptop without sticking out and sliding in. This backpack easily fits my laptop. It has several well-designed pockets and extra straps to support the zip and attach things you need when traveling, like two straps for a yoga bag or a coat rolled up on the outside of your laptop. There is a USB port and a headphone jack. The straps are soft and there is a shoulder strap. In addition, there is a flat pocket on the side of the bag, which is on the back when worn, which can be used to store an airline ticket or a wallet to prevent pickpocketing. I wish they offered more colors than black and some inside pockets could be. Not bad, but for the price and the difficulty of finding a 17" laptop bag, it's great.
