I've been using Akana for a year now and I trust the quality advertised on their website as it uses fresh meat and traditional meat which makes it look like a human touch . This time I was shocked to find that there was an insane amount of hair in the pellets. I started using a white plastic tablespoon not long ago and noticed short, thick black hairs stuck to the spoon. Today I found out that these hairs are from real pieces and there are a lot of them. It is unacceptable for a premium brand like Acana to grind animal skin carcasses with hair attached.
