The price is cheap so nothing to expect. The pieces are still attached to the plastic petals, so you'll need to snap them off and cut off the little tabs. The problem is that the side tabs are a bit thick so depending on the length of the screw it may not connect to the stereo unless you drill a bit into the plastic tabs to countersink them. The part where the side cleats connect to the square main frame also has issues. The plastic has two different textures, making it even cheaper. In my case it was fine because the dash masked where the tabs meet the square frame, but if you have a large gap between the dash and stereo I would sand the plastic down to the appropriate texture.
