Review on 🎧 Sony Walkman WM-FX251 AM/FM Stereo Cassette Player by James Wiley

I was very happy to find this item as my similar device stopped working. I received the device in the original sealed plastic packaging. Before opening, I noticed the foam was crumbling from the headphones, but that didn't bother me as I wasn't planning on using them. However, the Walkman itself never worked. The third party did not refund my money and explained that nowhere in its description did it say it would work and that it was sold more as a collector's item. After filing a claim with Revain I was told to return the product to the supplier who reiterated that they would not refund my money. However, I received a refund from Revain. I commend Revain for their complaints procedure and caution others not to assume a product will work when purchased from this supplier unless the description states so.
