A simple cable that does what it's supposed to.

Upgrade from a 2012 Macbook Pro to a 2016 Macbook Pro (which only has USB-C ports). My Time Machine backup was stored on an external hard drive using a regular USB 3.0 port. This cable allowed me to use the same hard drive without using a USB-A to USB-C adapter. Great speed of the cable. Since it's still new, I can't say anything about durability yet, but the workmanship is good.
