Review on Updraft by Richard Simmons

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very useful software especially if using Github

You can keep track of changes made by every member in your team, you can use any source control like Git/Gitlab etc., It is easy to integrate with external tools like Slack. So I have created an integration that automatically creates tickets from slack messages into up draft issue tracking system.-The interface could be more modernized. - There should be some option while creating new repository where we would choose what permissions (read or write) are assigned when repo gets checked out and pushed back. We used it at my college, as our gitlab was down one day, it became impossible for us to push code into gitlab, so all developers were stuck without coding help! This solution helped me organize our development process very efficiently with keeping track of history. The best thing about Updraft is that it's easy to use, and has an intuitive interface which makes it very simple to create new features. It's also free for open source projects. I dislike the fact that there are no tutorials or guides available for beginners. There are many other similar products out there, but Updraft offers more options than most others. We have been able to build features much faster with Updraft than with our previous tool.
