I have a new job and needed a snug fitting, grippy work glove with a touchscreen. Looked and looked and stopped at these. It was reasonably priced and had all the features I wanted and needed. Received, dressed and satisfied. However, two things put me off. First, I'm sweating like a demon in the bottom rung of hell, so of course my hands are sweating too. The first few days when I took them off after work, my hands just stank. Strong smelly smell of cheese. I didn't like it at all. Just rude. I didn't read the care instructions but I decided to throw them in the wash with my other clothes. Came out okay. I dried them in the garden. But after wearing it for a few days still the same stench. I washed them again, but this time I had a sample of some kind of smelling salts you put in your laundry. That helped. I always washed them at the end of the work week. The second thing that disappointed me the most is the durability. I've been wearing them for just over 6 weeks and as you can see from my photos they have holes in the first two fingers of the right glove. I'm right-handed, so it makes sense that the right glove wears out quicker, but WILL IT TAKE SIX WEEKS? Not happy or impressed. There is also a third thing. The touchscreen feature on my phone would have been nice, but using the touchscreen on my work computer never worked. I may be silly, but when it says "touchscreen" I would have thought it meant all touchscreens, not just my phone. Conclusion: great fit and I liked that the terry cloth in the thumb area wipes sweat. This is a fantastic idea and I love it. But if you're looking for a heavy duty work glove that can be used every day for heavy or even light duty tasks, I wouldn't recommend them at all.
