Easy to use Good for headphones
We bought this for my father-in-law to use when he was in hospital (and couldn't see visitors face to face due to Covid) as he couldn't did not do well with smartphones or hands-free phones. It was easy to use as there is only one button to answer or end a call and a volume control. We can say that it made him a lot less uneasy when he could hear and talk to us more easily.
