Love the included carry case, it's great for keeping all your accessories in one place. enough to get rid of all the dust even on the high setting. The high setting is really loud, but not annoying. It's about as loud as a hair dryer, but at a higher frequency. Cable length is good when plugs are far away. The longer brush head worked well with the laptop's buttons, ports, and vents. No amount of additional gear helped get rid of the thick dust on the game console, but everything worked fine on my desktop. Overall this is a good product with good performance.
