Review on 20-Inch Planer With Spiral Cutterhead - Shop Fox W1754S by Nathan Issa

I have ran over 900 feet of wood through it so far and have not had any trouble or issues with it. It is very quiet and smooth cutting. The spiral cutter head is the way to go. I have only ran some very rough pine through it so far with out any chip out or snipe. I have had to turn the blades due to the type of wood I was planning. It came off of an old saw mill Wood deck and I found out a little too late that it had alot of metal shavings ground into the wood. It was not a hard task to rotate the indexable inserts and was back in business in less that 30mins. I am very pleased with it, but planning on getting a digital indicator for the thickness adjustment.
