Having previously purchased an Alexa controlled smart lightbulb and had a lot of fun with it, I decided to buy four packs of smart lightbulbs and found an attractive price. I was very surprised to learn that before I could connect to these bulbs with Alexa, I first had to download another app called "Magic Home" and create an account. This process wasn't too painful, but still not something I would have previously decided to do. The bulb itself isn't as bright as my other smart bulb of the same wattage, but if you love disco lighting effects, it's amazing. do it. My suggestion would be that the manufacturer focus on making a brighter lightbulb with easier Alexa connectivity and rid us of disco lights.
