1/2 are unusable, poor quality and too light. Other 1/2 are great

Half of markers are so light you cannot even see on a white or glass whiteboard from a few feet away. I. Wondering if I received a bad batch. . It was interesting half of the colours were dark and quality, the others were wimpy and light. I attempted to return. It was a no go, sorry Charlie.
