In terms of relaxation and cushioning, it's not the case here. This is a hard chair and the picture was misleading as I thought it was very soft. That's because I have a high-end chair that costs four times as much as this chair and is different in comparison. However, this gaming chair is designed for gaming. This isn't a "sit back and relax" chair, it's a chair that helps you stay physically fit so you don't slouch and suffer from back and neck pain during long gaming sessions. In that respect I am very satisfied. You can adjust the chair a lot of different ways and to be honest I find it perfect for my height and weight (5ft 9in vs 155lbs). If you are much taller and heavier this chair is not for you. The wheels roll like crazy on my hardwood floor which I didn't like but honestly better than a wheel that doesn't move lol. This chair is very heavy and very well built. which surprised me a lot because I didn't have high expectations and that was the biggest factor making this a 5 star rating (looks really good too). I highly recommend this chair if you have physical aspects similar to mine. I think this is a really good chair for not hanging around so I love this chair. If you need to change something I would say the seat cushion but other than that this is an amazing chair!
