Review on CloudOne by Josh Koa

Its an amazing cloud based CRM solution with an incredible amount of features, and they offer one of the most helpful customer service teams when you need help. I had nothing good to say about the product other than it was a fantastic software to use for our company's needs at the time. We used CloudOne for all of our sales activities. They helped us organize appointments better, set up rules to manage prospects through the entire sales cycle, and really made their platform feel like another resource that we could access at any time. We were able to build reports that would keep customers engaged while creating reminders to follow up as well. I like using this platform for emailing my patients about upcoming appointments! It makes scheduling so much easier because it takes care off me from having to input all information myself into our scheduler software instead they do most everything via their system too!!
