The sound is excellent. As long as you carry your phone with you, the sound quality is excellent. The noise cancellation works well and the ambient mode selection is good for listening outdoors (near the road). Sound canceling allows me to listen to music and get the detail and bass I want without having to turn up the volume. Expect a significant drop in audio quality when using Better Connection mode. didn't get much more than 2-3 hours of playback. The case is a good size, but the top feels cheap and I've had times when the cable didn't get a good connection (and therefore didn't charge) and the headphones themselves need to be firmly planted to ensure they do too to be charged . It is not possible to watch anything with these headphones as there is a slight audio lag that makes watching videos uncomfortable and annoying. But for a good pair of training headphones, you can't beat them.
