I've been using this headset for a few weeks now. As a consultant, I make calls on average 26 hours a week. All of my previous headsets had constant mic issues, so I decided to spend more on this one. The wireless range is excellent. The comfort is excellent and the soundproofing is excellent. The noise cancellation works very well too. My only criticism of the headset is that I use it for 6-6.5 hours before it dies on a full charge. So I need a backup headset until it recharges and it takes a while to fully charge. I think this is a great headset. The last one I had was the Seinheisser Duo Pro 2, which had the best battery and range. But the mic died and I couldn't use it after about 1 year. I hope the quality and warranty here (5 years) pay off. If anyone has better advice on how to extend the battery - I'm quite observant.
