The tray won't come off!
This is the second time I am buying this item, the first one was amazing but with this one the tray won't come off! Not unless I press my fingers till they're red, and shake the thing back and forth. I included a video of me trying to get the tray off normally, and even shaking it a bit, and it just stays in place. I'll be requesting a refund because it is obviously a damaged piece - my first one was great.
