Review on Sweese 519.110 Purple Porcelain Loaf Pan: Non-Stick Bread and Meat Baking, 9 x 5 inches by Justin Reedy

I decided on a porcelain bread pan after less than 1 year of badly cracking Gotham's ceramic coated brass pan. I wanted durable and stylish, not boring, silver metal. I'm glad I chose this one after reading so many reviews from so many others. Washing down a baked dinner after a meatloaf in this beauty cleans so easily it looks brand new. Just slipped out. I couldn't fit 2 pounds of ground turkey + diced peppers and onions in without creating a dome over the ribbed rim, but I did by lining the oven rack with parchment. Hope the quality will last and stand the test of time. Nice piece!
