I really liked the design of this pen, especially the convenient position of the delete button. I bought it because it seemed like a good alternative to a real Microsoft pen, but wasn't too expensive. It worked well with my Surface Go and I took class notes for about two months before it started causing problems. When I picked up the stylus from the screen to go from word to word, it made random dots on the screen for a few seconds, making it difficult to write and read notes. I wanted to send it in for repair, but after about three days it was working properly again. It's been five months and the pen no longer works at all, even with new batteries. The service repair and return windows are closed so I don't know what to do.
